Connor McGlynn is a Digital Content Creator at FOX Sports West in Los Angeles. An alumnus of the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Broadcast and Digital Journalism and minor in Sports Media Studies, as well as a graduate of St. Joseph's Preparatory School (Philadelphia, PA), Connor is a storyteller seeking to share sports stories in an engaging and entertaining way for both fans and non-fans alike.

Connor is responsible for creating content for all FSW social platforms (native videos & graphics, clipping team partner live games via SnappyTV, written articles, etc.), as well as publishing content pertaining to the Rams, LA Kings, Clippers, Angels, Ducks and CIF-SS high schools on FOXSportsWest.com. He also manages the site's layout. In addition to his digital duties, Connor is a field producer for FSW's feature program, XTRAPOINT, focusing on sports stories outside the game window. Examples of shoots include the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum's turnover from a USC to Rams game in less than 24 hours and Team USA olympians surprising a local high school devastated by the California wildfires with new athletic equipment. In Connor's first year with FSW, the region led all FOX Sports RSN's in digital video growth-- more than doubling its total viewership from 2017.

During the 2017 and 2018 NFL seasons, Connor also worked as a highlight producer and production assistant at NFL Network. On gamedays, he was responsible for producing highlights airing nationally on both FOX and NFL Network and writing scripts for talent. His non-gameday responsibilities during the 2017 season included working
on daily studio shows like NFL Total Access & Playbook, producing Top 10s, music videos, XO diagrams, wired packages, teases and SOT packages.

Connor also spent several years as a staff writer for Rivals.com covering USC football through daily practice updates, game sideline reporting and recruiting news. Through this work, he interviewed high school recruits and coaches from around the country, written profiles and scouted talent.

While at USC, Connor held various roles within student-run news organizations. From his first semester on campus, Connor was a member of Annenberg TV News where he held positions ranging from studio crew, news producer, Sports Multimedia Director and eventually was named the Sports Director as a senior. In these positions, he trained anchors to produce a daily sports segment within a newscast, worked as a liaison between ATVN and the USC athletics department, organized interviews and credentials, managed all web content and oversaw all broadcasted sports coverage for Annenberg Media.

Beginning in the fall of 2015, he took over the roles of Executive Producer and co-host of the show, generating the weekly rundowns through iNews and overseeing all aspects of production.

Connor's writing has also been featured on SBNation's Conquest Chronicles.

During the 101st Rose Bowl Game-- the inaugural College Football Playoff-- 102nd and 103rd Rose Bowl Games, Connor handled media operations and was responsible for operating the Game's official social media accounts. In doing so, he grew @RoseBowlGame's Twitter account by over 10,000 followers and increased the amount of engagements by more than 1 million over the game week span from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, he gathered interviews, photos, videos and other content for media outlets, as well as other daily operational tasks.

Connor also has radio experience, calling play-by-play and color commentating USC football, basketball, baseball and women's lacrosse games for USC Athletics and KXSC. He is also a producer and host on a weekly podcast, The Sound of Troy, discussing all USC sports. Connor has also produced long-form radio sport features as well as day-of-air news pieces.
